We continue to maintain preventative and sensible routines to stop the spread of coronavirus.
Trig Avionics is conducting business as usual, there are some minor aspects of our service which you might experience.
Sales and support teams are at your service. Many Trig staff are working from home, so if you ring our office you may be asked to leave a message and we will call you back. If you use e-mail this will go directly to the right team, who will respond to your enquiry.
The sale and dispatch of Trig products is continuing. Product lead times have now returned to our normal standard 10-15 day lead time, however, we would always encourage you to plan your orders in good time.
Our Part 145 repair facilities are fully operational so any necessary support work can be carried out on your Trig products.
Trig is able to supply products to dealers via both our NL and UK facilities, so Brexit related shipping issues have not particularly affected our customer shipments.
We look forward to providing continued access to our avionics, through our established Approved Trig Dealer network. The safety of all our customers remains our priority, we look forward to the return of calmer skies.
