Many businesses are making important changes to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Trig Avionics is conducting business as usual, with some minor changes to our service that you might experience.
Sales and support teams remain at your service. Many Trig staff are working from home, so if you ring our office you may be asked to leave a message and we will call you back. If you use e-mail this will go directly to the right team, who will respond to your enquiry.
The sale and dispatch of Trig products is continuing. Product lead times may currently be longer than our standard 10-15 day lead time, due to coronavirus conditions affecting supply chains. Please plan your order requirements in good time. If there are any specific product issues you will be made aware of these when you place your order. Our Part 145 repair stations are open, so any necessary support work can still be carried out on your Trig products.
Some couriers anticipate slightly longer delivery times, depending upon the destination of the goods. You may therefore wish to check locally, regarding delivery and plan accordingly. Despite these conditions, Trig will continue to run the business as efficiently as possible.
