Minor Change Library
If you have an EASA certified aircraft type, replacing a Mode A/C transponder with a Mode S transponder requires a Minor Change approval. We have developed a set of universal upgrade instructions that document the process of changing from an existing transponder to a Trig TT21/TT22 or TT31 in a wide range of light aircraft, and we have obtained EASA approval for these instructions. Trig installers can use these instructions to achieve airworthiness compliance without needing to seek further approval from EASA.
We want to make it easy for our customers to choose Trig transponders, and therefore we make NO CHARGE for these Minor Change Approvals. Sometimes the good things really are free!
